Acorn Class Maths

Acorn Class have been busy learning about 3D shapes and their properties.  We can sort them into groups based on these and explain our reasoning using mathematical language.  Acorns had lots of fun on a 3D shape hunt around the school.  We also enjoyed playing shape bingo and sorting games.

How does your garden grow…

  Acorns have been very busy with our vegetable patch. We are very excited to see that lots of different vegetables starting to grow.  We moved our sunflowers outside and are hoping for a bit more sunshine to make them grow taller.
