River and Rowing Museum – Oct 2017

Lime Class enjoyed a day at the River and Rowing Museum to learn more about the characters from Wind in the Willows and life on the river.  Whilst there, they took part in a character workshop and a riverside walk to draw sketches.  They also explored all of the galleries at the museum including the Wind in the Willows gallery.  This is linked to their Literacy work in school where they are studying Rivers in their topic work and learning about Kenneth Grahame’s famous book.
