I had a lovely time on Friday sharing a hot chocolate (tea in my case) with the children who had gone ‘above and beyond’.
Lime Class visited the Great Western Steam Museum on Monday 4th March as part of their World War 2 topic. The children experienced life as a child and an evacuee during the war.

Last week, Lime Class went down to the church to see our school artwork on display. We also visited the new Horspath war memorial.
On Friday 9th November we had a visit from The Power of One team who delivered a fantastic anti bullying workshop to the whole school. It was an excellent introduction to our friendship week and taught the children the importance of preventing bullying.
Next week at school, the children we be taking part in ‘Friendship’ week. For their homework this week, I would like them to write their own friendship recipe, to include ingredients and a method.
Well done to this week’s children who have been showing exemplary behaviour and earned their hot chocolate and biscuits with Mrs Walters!
